Reorder and Duplicate Steps and Paths

Build and edit complex Zaps in fewer clicks — no more rebuilding a Zap from scratch to make an important change. Reuse existing steps or Paths and drag and drop them into place to create and edit complex Zaps faster than ever.

Duplicate an existing step or Path directly in the editor or from the sidebar, and drag and drop steps or Paths into place using the sidebar.

If anything breaks when you move a step, we’ll highlight the fields you need to update.

Copy and Paste Steps across Zaps

Reduce the tedium of building and build complex Zaps even faster — leverage work you’ve already done by copying and pasting steps between Zaps.

Select the Zap you want to reuse. In the dropdown menu, select Copy. This step will be copied to your clipboard.

In your next Zap, you can either Paste below or Paste to replace an existing step.

If anything breaks when you copy the step over, we’ll highlight the fields you need to update.

Version Rollback

Keep a record of all your Zap’s working versions and track who made what changes for easy troubleshooting. Recover previous versions of your business-critical workflows, whether you made a mistake or just changed your mind.

When editing a Zap, publish your draft as a new version.

See a history log of previous versions of a Zap, including who published the last version, at which date and time.

Restore a previous version of your Zap and re-publish it in place of the current version.

Note: You can access and rollback to versions created on or after Oct. 13, 2022.

Custom Error Notifications

Decide what sends an email notification today to keep critical workflows on track. Configure notifications on a Zap-by-Zap basis and choose to be notified immediately, with a summary, or not at all.

You’re in control. Decide when and how your Zaps run so you never run into surprises or risk losing data. Override your account-level error settings for your most business-critical Zaps. Configure your auto-replay and error ratio settings on a Zap-by-Zap basis in the sidebar of the Editor.

In Settings, Super Admins and account Owners on Team and Company accounts can see a full audit log of account activity across the entire account, including when Zaps are created, who updated them, and when they get turned off.

Super Admin role

Scale your account with ease. Invite trusted teammates to manage the account at the top level.

Owners on Team and Company accounts have the power to export all Zaps and see everything in the account, including private Zaps and history and usage of Zaps.

On Company accounts, owners can assign anyone on the team with Super Admin access for full visibility across the account.
