In the first course, you turned AI conversations into finished work\. A frustrated customer wrote in\. You pasted the email into the chat, added the context that mattered, and got back a reply you'd actually send\. But you did all the carrying\. In this course, AI goes into your helpdesk, reads the customer's account, then goes into your email and drafts the reply\. No pasting\.

Here's the map again: from chatting with AI to building systems that scale\. Chat is done\. Stage two, Delegate, is where you let AI take action in your apps\. That's this course\.

By the end, you'll connect your AI to your apps through Zapier MCP: one connection, thousands of apps, any model\. You'll decide what it may do, and when it asks you first\. You'll hand it one real task, and check the result yourself\. And you'll make the good ones repeatable\.

After that, stage three, Automate, is where you put repetitive work on autopilot\. And stage four, Engineer, is where you build AI systems that work reliably at scale\. But that's later\. Right now, you are here\. Stage two\. Let's start\.
