Crawl is what you need to configure before you invite your first Zapier user on day one\. Walk is what starts to build and how you govern safely without slowing them down\. Run is the governance that matters when you scale AI and automation across your teams and use cases\.

Who this course is for

You own or administer a Zapier Enterprise account \(owner, super admin or admin\), whether you set it up or inherited it half done\. Not for you if you want to build Zaps, agents or MCP workflows: that is the 01 to 04 arc\.
